1. General information
These Terms of Service govern the use of the website of Peptolia (“the Company”, “we”, “us”) and the online sale of the products offered on it. The Company is operated by TROPICAZ LLC — Casper, WY (à confirmer par Loïc : raison sociale + adresse exactes). By browsing the site or placing an order, the user declares that they have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.
2. Subject
These conditions govern the online sale of cosmetic and personal-care products offered on the site, including face serums, neck creams, foundations and similar items. All products sold are intended exclusively for cosmetic use and have no therapeutic or medical purpose.
3. Registration and user account
The user can purchase as a guest or create a personal account. When registering, the user undertakes to provide truthful and up-to-date information and is responsible for the safekeeping and use of their credentials. The Company cannot be held liable for improper use or unauthorised access resulting from negligent use of the account.
4. Prices and payment methods
All prices shown on the site are expressed in the currency of your market and, unless otherwise stated, include VAT. Prices may be changed at any time, but changes do not apply to orders already confirmed. Accepted payment methods: credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.), PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and any other method shown at checkout.
5. Shipping and delivery
Orders are shipped by tracked carrier to the countries we serve. Average delivery times are 7 to 9 working days, depending on the destination and product availability. Delays due to customs, public holidays, strikes or force majeure cannot be attributed to the Company. When the order is shipped, the customer receives a tracking number by email. 6. Right of withdrawal and returns
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer law. 7. Product information
Product descriptions, images and results shown on the site are provided for information. Individual results may vary from person to person depending on skin type, age and regularity of use. Our products do not replace medical advice: if you have a specific skin condition, consult your doctor before use.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the site (texts, images, logos, videos, graphics) is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. Any reproduction, even partial, without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
9. Limitation of liability
The Company cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products, from use not in accordance with the instructions, or from events beyond its reasonable control.
10. Applicable law and disputes
These conditions are governed by the applicable law. Any dispute will first be submitted to an attempt at amicable settlement by writing to contact@peptolia.com. European consumers may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
