Refund policy

Returns, refunds and guarantee

Please read this section carefully before purchasing on our site. By placing an order, you fully accept the conditions described below.

1. Our 99-day guarantee

Every Peptolia product is covered by a 99-day satisfied-or-refunded guarantee. If, after 99 days of regular use, you are not satisfied with the results — or you simply changed your mind — write to us and we refund the full purchase price. No awkward questions.

2. Right of withdrawal

In addition to our guarantee, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer law, without giving any reason.

Procedure: write to contact@peptolia.com stating your order number and the reason for the return. You will receive detailed instructions. Items returned without prior authorisation cannot be processed.

3. Order cancellation

An order can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. If the order has already been shipped, the return conditions above apply. In case of cancellation within the time limit, a full refund is issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

4. Damaged or defective items

If a product arrives damaged, incomplete or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, attaching clear photos of the defect or of the parcel. We will refund or replace it immediately, at no additional cost and without the need to return the product.

5. Refunds

Once your request has been received and confirmed, you will receive an email with the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 10 working days using the original payment method. The actual time for the amount to appear on your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
